Ben Ferguson - President
Ben Ferguson serves as the President of Personnel Placements, LLC. Ben’s vision and focus as a business leader enable him to lead Personnel Placements in a positive and success-driven direction. He has proven himself to be a management professional with demonstrated success in operations, finance, human resources and sales.
Promoted to the position of President by the Board of Directors in August of 2009, Ben has been employed with Personnel Placements since 2005. Before serving as President, Ben held the position of Vice President. During his VP tenure, Personnel Placements established a state of the art training center, paperless Human Resource system and Industrial Video Services. Under Ben’s leadership, Personnel Placements received the Stepping Stone Award from the Jackson Area Chamber of Commerce recognizing business excellence. The Stepping Stone Award is the second highest award given by the Jackson Area Chamber of Commerce.
Prior to working for Personnel Placements, Mr. Ferguson served as an Operational Consultant with Murray Guard, Inc and an intern for KCM Asset Management in Deland, Florida. He is a graduate of the University of Tennessee at Knoxville with a BS in Business Administration. He received his Masters of Business Administration from Stetson University. Ben is an American Red Cross Board Member, Leadership Jackson Alumni and a chartering member of the Society for Human Resource Management of West Tennessee. Ben, his wife Holly, and his daughter Elena are members of Northside Methodist Church in Jackson, TN.
