Claude Kelly, Jr. - Vice President - Human Resources
Claude Kelly, Jr. has served as the Vice President of Human Resources for Personnel Placements, LLC since 2008. Claude’s responsibilities include recruiting and staffing, worker’s compensation and safety compliance, Human Resource communication and policy administration.
Prior to working for Personnel Placements, Mr. Kelly served as the Director of Human Resources for the Jackson branch of Black & Decker where he received the 2006 Leadership Award for Black & Decker, an accolade received by only one employee each year worldwide.
Mr. Kelly received his Bachelors of Science in Business Administration from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. He is currently a committee member of the Union University Engineering program and regularly assists the Jackson Chamber of Commerce with new industry recruitment
