Gerald "Buster" Ferguson - Chairman of the Board
Gerald “Buster” Ferguson serves as Chairman of the Board for Personnel Placements, LLC. His responsibilities include leading the other members of the PPL Board in developing the goals and objectives of the company. Buster’s leadership of the Personnel Placements’ Board has been focus-driven and success-centered.
In addition to serving as the Chairman of the PPL Board, Mr. Ferguson is also the President and Chief Operating Officer of Murray Guard, Inc. with responsibility in all areas of daily operations. Prior to his appointment as President and COO, Mr. Ferguson served as the Executive Vice President of Murray Guard, Inc. He received his Bachelors of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
Mr. Ferguson is currently a member of the Board of Directors of the Creative Energy Board, a member of the Board of Directors of the West Tennessee Healthcare Foundation and a member of the Board of Directors of First Tennessee Bank.
