James "Jimmy" Exum - Vice Chairman of the Board
James “Jimmy” Exum serves as the Vice Chairman of the Board for Personnel Placements, LLC. His responsibilities include setting the goals and objectives of the management of PPL along with other Board members. Jimmy brings a wealth of experience in both business and political endeavors.
Mr. Exum served as the Executive Vice President of Murray Guard, Inc. in Jackson and he was also the co-founder of TotalREACH, Inc. Mr. Exum is the President and Producer of the annual Miss Tennessee Pageant. He received his education from Lambuth University, the Hartford Insurance Institute and the Travelers Insurance Institute.
Mr. Exum is currently the Chairman of the Jackson Convention & Visitors Bureau and also a member of the First United Methodist Church. He was a previous Chairman of the Tennessee Alcoholic Beverage Commission and has served as the West Tennessee Campaign Chairman for several Presidential and Gubernatorial candidates.
