Training Services

PPL created state of the art training facilities in their Jackson and Dyersburg branches that not only allow us to train but also test applicant proficiency. The warehouse like area includes an open classroom and various workstations where small groups of workers will learn everything from safety to ergonomics to proper use of tools and equipment. This “hands-on” environment helps our recruiters determine if applicants can be a good fit for our clients, but also helps employees to possess the necessary skills before they step onto the factory floor.
